All items in our shop are handmade, carefully hand-picked and/or curated and personalized with care. All items uniquely created.
Please allow [5-7 business days] for your order to be created before it ships. (Processing time may be longer during holidays or peak seasons. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
For international orders: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages:

Gifting & Special Requests:
Because many of our items are personalized gifts, we’re happy to include a handwritten note or gift wrapping upon request. Just add your message in the notes box at checkout.
