We want you to love your purchase from The HandMades Inc. Every item we create is made with care, whether it’s a one-of-a-kind handmade piece or a digital design. Because of the nature of our products, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Handmade & Personalized Items:


Final Sale for Personalized Orders: Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Non-Personalized Handmade Items: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.


Buyer’s Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Digital Products:


All Digital Sales Are Final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds once files have been delivered.


If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact us—we’ll make sure you get what you paid for, store credit/coupon, or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at th@thehandmadesinc.com within 7 of delivery with photos of the issue.


We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Refunds:


Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within [12 business days] after we receive and inspect your return (if applicable).


Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:


At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Cancellations:


Orders may be canceled within [7 hours] of purchase. After that time, we may have already started working on your handmade or personalized item and cannot guarantee cancellation.
